A hellish empire from the far reaches of space, bringing devils into the world and allowing them to take souls back to the devils’ home dimension.
Their queen feared entropy and the blotting of her sun, in desperate bid she contacted the hellish planes. The solar system was thus transformed into an infernal manifestation on the material plane halting much of the stochastic processes from the blotting of the sun to biological evolution, ensuring all things followed the hellish laws. Though small the empire has managed to claim 3 entire solar systems for itself and send out operatives to tempt souls to bolster their ranks and expand the empire.
